Aspen Glen

 

Aspen Glen is a beautifully maintained golf course community with lush greenery, ponds, streams and walking paths. The Master HOA dues cover the front gate that is manned 24 hours a day, as well as all of the grounds and road maintenance. There are several sub associations within Aspen Glen that provide additional lock-and-leave services, such as lawn care and exterior maintenance (among other things): the Peak’s Townhomes, Roaring Fork Mesa, Eagles Nest Cottages and Club Lodge.

 

Residents have the choice of joining the private Aspen Glen Club, which has a 18 hole championship golf course designed by Jack Nicklaus. Club House amenities include an outdoor swimming pool and hot tub, four tennis courts (three clay Har-Tru courts and one hard sport court lined for pickle ball or tennis), a formal dining room with magnificent views of Mount Sopris, a comfortable lounge with fireplace, a private dining room (equipped with the latest video technology) for private dinners or business meetings, elegantly appointed and fully equipped locker rooms, a state-of-the-art fitness center with spa amenities and more. Aspen Glen Residents must join the Club in order to use these amenities. Golf or social membership opportunities are available.
